Park Seed completes acquisition of GeoSeed and Otis Twilley

J&P Park Acquisitions, Inc., the parent company of Park Seed and Park Seed Wholesale, has completed the acquisition of the GeoSeed and Otis Twilley brands from George and Barbara Park, effective Nov, 5. The integration brings together three long-standing horticultural brands and strengthens Park Seed’s position as a leading supplier of professional-grade seed to commercial growers, greenhouses and resellers across North America.

The combined portfolio now includes more than 8,000 varieties across flowers, vegetables, herbs and ornamentals.

GeoSeed and Otis Twilley, both based in Greenwood, will consolidate operations into Park Seed’s nearby headquarters and distribution facility, maintaining roots in the local community.

Existing sales relationships will remain in place.
